Welcome to Skidmore Power Washing Services. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services in Southwest Florida.
1. Scope of Professional Services
Skidmore Power Washing Services provides high-quality exterior cleaning, soft washing, paver sealing, and window maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
2. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide access to an exterior water source and ensure all windows and doors are fully closed. Personal items and fragile outdoor electronics should be moved or protected before our arrival.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days. Final project costs may vary based on actual on-site conditions or if additional staining or structural issues are discovered during cleaning.
4. Safety and Liability
Skidmore Power Washing Services is fully insured. We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues, improperly sealed openings, or oxidation resulting from sun exposure.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Payment is required upon completion of the work. Rescheduling requires 48-hour notice. We reserve the right to reschedule due to extreme weather to ensure the safety of our team and your property.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles.
